Since we unfortunately could not eat in this wonderful pub during Advent (Corona makes it possible), we made use of Christmas 2020 to Go and were absolutely thrilled. Staff as always professional and the food terrific. We hope that we can return to normal in 2021 and dine in the holy halls again. Keep it up.

The carp chips were full of bones and were placed hot in the plastic tray (to be picked up), which is why it was partially melted and full of holes, but still very tasty. The potato salad was okay and the mixed salad was very oily for me.

This restaurant has long been owned by the family and the food tastes just as good as it did 36 years ago. There are lots of parking spaces here. But you should definitely reserve a table here, it is very crowded here and it is difficult to get a table without registering. Always eaten very well here, especially carp and catfish. And msn is very friendly here!

All round a successful evening with porcini mushroom soup and carp pate as a starter. Pepper carp or carp fillet with homemade potato salad and a side salad. Everything was perfectly coordinated in terms of taste. To top it off, homemade apple fritters. A dream ... the "digestive schnapps" are also excellent. Thank you for a great evening! Excellent carp. Bread in flour so it doesn't get fat. Plenty of choice of meat dishes and 5 vegetarian meals.

I have enjoyed going to the fox for many, many years, earlier as a teenager with my parents and now still with my grown son, his girlfriend and my now 88-year-old father. I've been celebrating my birthday there for many years and the food is consistently top-class. Everything tastes great, it couldn't be better, large portions and the prices are also perfectly okay. The service is always friendly and courteous, the food comes quickly without waiting too long. It always depends on how busy it is, but with such good food I like to wait a bit. We particularly recommend the pancake soup, the Fugger pan and the super good potato salad with the schnitzel, and the spaetzle with the good cream sauce are fantastic. These are my personal highlights. My father and my son are very enthusiastic about the carp, my son particularly likes the carp fillet when it is carp time. We're going there again for dinner tonight and are looking forward to a place in the beautiful outside garden

The restaurant has a very good location right on the main street. Parking is sufficiently available. The staff is very friendly and on the right track - no long waiting times. The food is beautifully presented and tasted really outstanding. The portions are large and yet the price is absolutely ok. Especially the carp is top notch. Can only recommend the restaurant - but you should book a table in advance.
